KeetonSneak11

It was tougher than I thought to get back to editing these fun photos.

So where was I?

Oh yes…hanging out

KeetonSneak16 During the earlier photos that I shared, there were multiple promises made to the boys about the cannonballs into the pool that they would get to do when we were done. They promised that they were awesome cannonballers and they were not kidding!

KeetonSneak12KeetonSneak14There was also some good boogie board jumping…

KeetonSneak-C Mom attempted a cannonball, but missed the step about bending her legs…she got a lot of grief for that one…I have it documented, but I’ll spare her for now. But I loved it when she got a little help from her boys.

KeetonSneak19and remember that I mentioned Dad was a little mischievous? Well, he gave Mom a little help getting into the pool too…she clearly knows her man, because even though she protested with the “you better not” speech…

KeetonSneak23she pretty quickly managed the nose grab move…

KeetonSneak17

Dad also gave each boy a little dunk…

KeetonSneak18

It was so much fun just to hang out by the pool with these guys!

KeetonSneak15

Thanks again SO much to Oliver, Lele, Miles and Cole…they totally rocked this!

This shoot was so much fun. I’ve know this family since, well, since forever and I was so happy that we were finally able to connect and get some photos taken. I swear, these guys belong in a magazine…I knew that before, but as I went through the photos I was even more convinced!

We had a great location to shoot in, where the weather was fabulous and the surroundings were beyond gorgeous. But the real beauty is in this family. With two tween boys, there is lots of energy…but Mom and Dad are pretty energetic themselves. The way that the four of them play and laugh together is so relaxed and easy…that and the fact that they are awesome people made for a relaxed and easy shoot!

The property where we were had a great big open space, so we dragged a little bench outside and had some fun.

Some of us have different definitions of “fun”!!!

KeetonSneak5

I had a great time shooting just Mom and Dad for a change too…and we got some great shots with their special girl doggie Emma.

KeetonSneak4

If anyone ever wonders where the boys get their mischief, they only have to get a peek at the looks these two share with each other. I love these shots!! (There will be more evidence in part 2 from this shootKeetonSneak2

The boys weren’t so busy that I wasn’t able to catch a few shots of their handsome faces.

KeetonSneak6KeetonSneak7

and they did a great job of making me a Mom sandwich!

KeetonSneak8

We had a great time just hanging out…

KeetonSneak1 and then we let the boys let loose in the pool!! Those shots and more tomorrow…

Woo Hoo! It took me a while, but I finally figured out how to create a pretty blog to share photos and all things Lisa Damrosch Photography. I’m so excited.

This is now where you will land if you click on the enter blog on my home page or from my regular website. My phone number is up there too!

I’ve transferred over the entries from my recent sessions and they are all here and categorized so you can find them by date or by subject. Just click on categories or archives on the top menu bar. Also up there is a link to contact me and a link to the official photography site.My phone number is up there too!

My vision is for this to be a place where I can share images and sneak peeks as well as news and special offers related to my photography. I’ve also added a twitter feed and links to follow me there. I’m kind of new to “tweeting” but looking forward to tweeting about the things I’m working on. I hope you will check by here often, follow me on twitter and of course leave me some comments. I love blog comments (and I’m crossing my fingers that I’ve programmed them to work correctly! LOL)

Thanks for stopping by and thanks for your interest in Lisa Damrosch Photography.

Earlier this week I had the pleasure of photographing a 6week old cutie named Paisley. Isn’t that just the cutest name? And speaking of cute…09-Jul-Harris14-bw-proof09-Jul-Harris19-proof09-Jul-Harris102-proof

Isn’t she something? She was of course, awake the whole time (because babies don’t sleep when I have my camera out) but she was such a happy girl and lots of fun to photograph.

09-Jul-Harris70-proof09-Jul-Harris286-proofHarrisBlog4We also did a few shots with her handsome big brother!
