I loved this shoot…love the way these three are so crazy about each other…love the many faces of this sweet boy… love his mom’s style and attitude and how much she gets into the whole shoot…and love that his dad goes along with all of our antics..and carries the props too! Thanks again you guys!!

Just a few, because I know that Gina is dying to see her cute boy. I mean, who wouldn’t be? This kid is something…so full of personality and boy-ness. I’m so excited to have gotten to photograph this little guy again…he is growing so fast…and speaking of fast…

At 2 years old now, he is moving pretty quick…and full of plenty of his own ideas. Many things about him remind me of Todd at that age and it makes me smile inside to know how much fun his parents are having now, and how much fun they will continue to have. Boys rock. And boys and their Moms are pretty special to me.

And ok…boys and Dads are pretty cute too…especially when those boys wrap their arms around Dad’s neck with such gusto…

And speaking of gusto…someone did a pretty good job of getting into squeezing both Mom and Dad too…he is just too much..and so clearly the center of the universe, as well he should be.

We had a blast and there are many more images on the way….but for now, here are a few more of my busy little friend and his cute parents. (Mom’s dress and shoes almost killed me…she looked fab)…and speaking of shoes…they weren’t still for long, but I got em’…

And then we did a little art project…and ate a lollipop and otherwise ran around like crazy people!

Just a a few quick faves from my first time through the images from this shoot. I know there are lots of people dying to see these…these little boys are pretty dang special and have quite the fan club! The opportunity to photograph these two was beyond exciting…goose-bump exciting. They did their best to continue my streak of shoots where sleeping newborns that can be posed any which way are a myth, but they were so dang cute I didn’t much care.

I am always excited for every photo shoot, but this one was extra special. I’ve known Christina and Rob more or less forever, and I like many people watched as they struggled to start their family. They don’t know this, but I thought of them incredibly often, especially during our own issues with trying to have a second baby. Their story gave me perspective, and their honesty and grace was inspiring. They are an adorable couple that sacrificed a lot and in the end this sometimes unfair world managed to turn itself right.

Thank you so much for having me into your home, and for letting me photograph your beautiful boys! Many more photos coming soon.

This was such a fun shoot. First of all, this little boy was adorable, and such a character. He is 3 going on 13, and if you know me, you know this is the kind of kid I can relate to! I had the pleasure of shooting on a beautiful private estate where the family’s horses are boarding until they can all be reunited in a new home with enough land. It had been a little while since they had seen each other and it was so amazing to witness the love that this family of people, and family of horses have for each other. SO cool. And what an experience for me. I love horses, but I don’t have a lot of horse experience. These 3 just wandered around with us and every once in while I got a nuzzle that caused some out of focus images ha. They were beautiful, just like the family that loves them.

Prom 2010-High School Photography Half Moon Bay

I swear that I aged about 15 years while doing this shoot…both because it was a challenge with 40 High School students and because, well, they were High School students and I’m…well…old. Still, it was tons of fun and I was pretty excited that I was asked to photograph these very handsome guys and beautiful girls as they prepared to head out for prom.

I think this little one may give the phrase “center of the universe” new meaning. I loved meeting her and seeing just how adored she is. It is so amazing to watch how one tiny little being can fill up a room and light up the faces of four (ok 5) adults with every little gurgle and smirk. I was pretty excited to photograph this baby girl. I was in school with her mom studying ASL for a couple of years and it was so fun to meet her. Let me tell you…this little girl gives center of the universe new meaning. While I was shooting her grandparents stoppped by, and at one point everyone was singing her “take me out to the ballgame”. I think even the dog may have been getting in on the act….they were so mesmerized by the baby that I’m not even sure they noticed when I slipped around to take this shot.

Who could blame them really? I mean look at this beauty.

I have SO many more shots to share….and will be putting them to music tomorrow. This little one actually has her own soundtrack….which is fitting for someone with such a fan club!
